Q. How long does the Flat Rate shipping you offer take?
A. We use USPS Priority mail, which is typically a 1-3 day shipping depending on the location in the U.S. you are shipping to! Of course with the COVID situation shipping can be a little more unpredictable at this time, however we process orders quickly- shipping them out same day, or next day (unless it's a Sunday or Holiday). You also have the option to pay for next day shipping.
Q. How long does processing of my order take?
A. We pack your box same day, or next morning depending on time of day the order is placed. We ship out same day, or next day (unless it's a Sunday or Holiday), so your box can spread joy quickly as possible!
Q. Can I schedule my shipment?
A. We typically have a delivery calendar on our site, but with COVID and being unable to guarantee delivery dates, had to temporarily take it down for now. However, If you have a desired deliver by date, or want to delay your delivery for a date in the future don't hesitate to let us know via the chat box, or email, and we will do everything in our power to have it delivered at that time!
A. Yes, It will automatically be calculated at checkout!
Q. My box is a gift, will a receipt come with the box?
A. No, we will never include a receipt with your delivered box, as we assume most boxes are gifts! We will email you a receipt for your records however.
A. We will always do our best to make sure it's exactly like the picture, however if an item is sold out or not available from our wholesaler then we will substitute it with something of equal or greater value!
* As always - please check food labels, ingredients and warnings and check with your physician if someone has a history of severe allergic reactions.
A. Contact us if you would like delayed delivery, let us know your desired date of delivery, and we will do our best to get it there at that time (however, with COVID 19 the mail is a little more unpredictable than normal)!
Q. I decided I didn't want my order, but it already shipped, can I return it?
A. As we sell food and personal care items, all sales are final and nonreturnable once shipped.
Q. Something was wrong with my order, what do I do?
